Used 2023 Toyota Corolla for sale near Richardson, TX

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! This place is called Five Star for a reason and they proved it! Thank you Hunter, Nick and Zach for making the process stress-free and thank you Kameron for the awesome deal on my new Malibu!

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I have been doing business with Sport City Toyota for over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

We had an excellent experience with Wells Auto Group. Our salesperson, Artie, was helpful, straight forward and honest. The negotiation on price was upfront and friendly, and we believe we got a good, fair price on our new vehicle and trade-in value on our trade vehicle. Kudos also to Dale in the Finance Department, who was extremely patient and helpful. I drove 9.5 hours to execute the trade and pick-up, and it was easy and seamless. I flew out to Dallas from Indianapolis the day after Christmas 2024 to look at and possibly purchase a 2016 Jaguar XJLR. The 550 Hp version of these cars are hard to find. This car had a CarFax history but still had a clean title. Karen and Mohammed fully disclosed any and all issues prior to my trip out to see it. I asked Mohammed to personally drive the car for a few days before the holidays to ensure there were no issues with the car. Once I arrived, the car was up on a two post lift where I could perform my own inspection of the car. One of the technicians went with me for a one hour plus test drive. I put the car through it's paces and it performed well. Mohammed and the team went out of their way to settle any of my concerns which all of them were very minor in nature. I drove the car 1,100 miles straight through back to Indianapolis that night and early the next day with no issues at all. I waited until the warranty expired to write this review. I normally do not trust dealers and what they tell you. I do feel that they will stand behind any warrarty items during the warrarty perios. Most dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I found Karen, Mohammed and the entire finance / maintenance team more than accomadating. So much so that when I need another car, I will happliy fly from indianapolis back to Dallas to purchase another car from them! 5 Stars to the entire Precision Auto team!!
