Amir was great! He was patient, professional and kind. He kept me updated and accompany me until the purchase was completed. When it was time to go through finance everything was done according to the agreed price. Everything was great except for the delay on delivery!

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

This is my 4th car with this group They are the very best - the process is seamless, they are fair and honest My representative is Richard He has become part of our family now. The most knowledgeable and awesome person to deal with - but to be fair all of the team members at Pembroke Pines Lexus are the most wonderful people to work with.
