I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.

I needed a smaller car and Mark and Dan were very helpful. I told them what I can afford and they worked with me to get me a car. I love my new Toyota Corolla. I went to a few other dealers but no one could match what Toyota offered me. Thank You.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. I took my car in for a recall to Scott Clark Nissan. They called me yo let me know. When I got there Nigel helped and said it would be a lot less time than I was originally told and he was right. It took only 1 122 hours vs 4. The work was fine great. Got the car back cleaner. Everything’s great. Nigel helped greatly. Excellent in every way.
