Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I received a coupon in the mail for a regular oil change. When I brought the car in on the appointment day/time, I was told my wait would be about 2 hrs, and I appreciated knowing up front what the time frame for the oil change would be However, the oil change ( and 25 point inspection) actually took only 1 hour and 15 minutes! Alesha Patel, the service advisor, was friendly and professional. I?ll be using Ira Toyota in Danvers again!

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I had to have a key programmed.. i needed a second one. I had a good experience with my coordination, Nate, from Danvers, MA..He made sure the key was working! He also told me I needed a battery for my old remote! I enjoyed my latte!!! My only beef was the expense of the key, the labor didn?t go up which. I appreciate! I also love the free inspection to see if the auto needed anything. I understand we are all in the same boat with expenses but I feel in this economy, I will have to look for a good cost for myself instead of assuming I?m getting a reasonable deal!
