Long time user of service department. First time buyer from Toyota of Braintree. Gerry made the whole process easy with his patient, caring, kind and detailed style. He’s knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and he didn’t try to up-sell. It took 9 months for the car to arrive. Throughout that time Gerry kept me apprised. When the car arrived he oriented me to all its gadgets and gizmos that were new to me! I highly recommend Gerry. Freddie was the finance manager. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

Everything reaping to my vehicle was great. I think the snack bar could be better utilized and a snack machine should be available. As a diabetic, things went south and a panic almost set in.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.

The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.
