I recently brought my new 2025 Lexus NX 250 Premium in for its first scheduled maintenance, and the experience at Lexus of Tampa Bay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was effortless, and upon arrival, the service drive was organized and efficient. My service advisor, Armando B., was fantastic. He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. Really good experience. We shopped a 200 mile radius of our home. We didn?t want to waste a lot of time at dealerships and get trapped by a salesman. We asked all the dealerships what their best out the door price was. Some didn?t want to give without you visiting, some kept trying to give quotes for vehicles or features we didn?t ask for, and some just didn?t have the inventory. Courtesy and my salesman, Ali, gave me the best deal, had plenty of inventory, and made the process easy. Did most of the work over the phone. The finance guy did offer the upsells but didn?t pressure. The dealership facilities were nice with cold water and gourmet coffee machines. Thanks courtesy.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I?ve had! My sales rep Erick was awesome! Erick was very professional and personable. No pressure to get extras or anything that wasn?t necessary. Took the time to locate the exact car I wanted and kept in contact with me to let me know when I car would arrive and when it actually got there. I would highly recommend everyone go see him! Jorge the finance manager was excellent as well! He made sure I had all the coverage I needed and a reasonable monthly payment. He also referred me to someone who could help get me get a lower insurance policy. Shopping at Courtesy Toyota was a great experience! Please go meet this team for your next car purchase!
