My husband and I live in Antioch, TN which is 3 hours from Somerset. We were looking for a convertible Solara and he found it on Carfax. He contacted the dealership and Edwin was our sales man. The team was great in showing us a range of vehicles for us to consider-both new and used. We had a great test drive with Joel, and Tyler provided answers to all of our questions, and he gave us print-outs of the features for several vehicles we are most interested in-including some we were pleasantly surprised to discover with their help.

This dealership proved a pleasant surprise for me by being willing to provide a complete online OTD offer, including a trade-in offer on my current vehicle, going just on the information I supplied, as well as a fair price on the new vehicle I inquired about. Though I have not acted on their offer, it was reasonable and was supplied with dispatch.

Let’s start off by saying I really believe in buying locally. I have had the most pleasant buying experience from Thompson motors. By far the most professional in Oneonta. They have late model used cars at very fair prices. From today going forward I will always purchase from them. I have purchased elsewhere before and now I know what I have been missing. They will tell you the truth and help you with your buying decision. There was none of this running back and forth to the sales manager for approval. If you deal straight with them they will deal straight with you. I am sure they have a car or truck for anyone.

At 62 this was not my first rodeo buying a car, Bought a new toyota Jeff my salesperson was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me at all and the finance manger worked hard to get me the best rate. I was amazed. This dealership was the best experience buying a car ever.
