I came to Koons Toyota for an emergency. On the way home from the beach, my corolla started making very loud noises with every rotation of my tires. I was nervous, too nervous to drive 50 miles home, especially on 50 and 495. Matt was reassuring and patience. He said they closed in 20 minutes but they'd look at the car first thing in the morning. And that I'd have a rental to go home in. Just before 8 am the next morning he called. Told me what was wrong and that he'd personally test drive to ensure things were okay. Picked up my care before noon. And because I paid online returning the rental was super easy. Plus Matt gave his cell just in case. Terrific customer service from beginning to end. Matt was what made it easy. This is definitely worth the drive for my maintenance.

My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. Bought a new 2025 RAV4 that I saw advertised on several sites, including the dealers. Thought I would have to go to Virginia to get the best Toyota deal. Wrong! The best price was at Koons Toyota in Westminster. They had great professional staff beginning with Austin, who was on time for our 6:30 appointment. He was new the car, accompanied us on the test drive, and took the time to explain the finer details. The financing/purchasing staff was pleasant, efficient and had us through the process in less than an hour. We drove the car home that night, with Austin filling up the car and placing the new tags just before we left. This was by far, the best new car purchase experience we have ever had. If we ever buy another Toyota, we will look no further than Austin and Koons Toyota in Westminster.

As in the past, Scott provided very good service in answering my questions and in making my recent visit quick and complete .I have always found him to be very courteous and knowledgeable and I believe that he is clearly a benefit to your business.

My car was fixed in a timely manner. I was offered a rental for the day while I waited for my car. There should not be a minimum number of words for the comments.
