I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. My appointment was at 1. Arrived on time and was out around 2:15. Service was great. Ramin checked me in, tool my keys, and had my car ready to go when the work was done.

Traded in my Prius and Rafe took care of me in the Pre-owned department. Then purchased my new Toyota Crown Signia from Anthony. I got the SUV I wanted even though it took a bit of effort to find it. Anthony had my new car ready and waiting for me when I arrived from Dallas and made the whole process effortless!
