This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

I had a positive experience in the purchase of my Camry and a pretty seamless process through my salesperson, Fran, who was friendly and professional.. The dealership itself is pleasant. Following my purchase, I noted a pull to the right, indicating a need for a front end alignment. I was disappointed that it was not picked up by the service department since it was a certified used vehicle but they made it right by doing the alignment. A shout out to my service person, Alex, who was great.

Bryce was fantastic. We were in and out with a new car in record time. This is our 3rd or 4th car from Grappone. Great company with a great salesman.

Purchasing the used pickup that I wanted was very easy at Rochester Toyota. There was no pressure, and friendly and efficient service. I had to come back a second day (because I wanted to get a certified check from the bank), and the dealership even drove 1/2 hour to my house to pick me up, so I could drive home in the pickup that day. We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.

Good experience today. But they were not really busy. So service people were able to be quick and efficient. The service tech also helped me save money on a part that was broken during the repair.

Keith greeted us as we exited our vehicle. We had no appointment and only stopped by on our way to a dealership in Nashua. We had researched online and knew what we were looking for. Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. Setting tire pressure sensors on my recently installed wheels and tires on my 2016 Tacoma. I want to thank the mechanic for getting everything to work properly on my truck. No more lights coming on. We walked in the dealership and initially no one came up to us. Then James Salta approached us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were thinking of buying a Ford Explorer.
