My wife and I purchased a used vehicle for our daughter from Poliana. She was very helpful and great to deal with. Unfortunately we had to return the vehicle under the 5day, 250 mile guarantee. I thought it would be a terrible process, but I was wrong. They took it back without any issue. Even gave me a credit for a second key we had to purchase separately. We went to a few other dealers in town and after dealing with other untrustworthy dealers in town we returned to Poliana and bought a different vehicle for our daughter and traded in our old vehicle for a new Toyota Crown. Poliana is the best! Will definitely be working with her and Auto Nation Toyota again.

Joe and the folks at Toyota North Austin are awesome. Having dealt with other dealerships and their service prices, I wasn?t expecting much. One such dealership told me the service would require several days. I was pleasantly surprised when TNA told me they could get it done in one day. Sure enough, by 6:00 I had my truck and the service charges were $200 less than I was told. Great experience overall!

I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness.
