I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

Maria Flores was great - had to get a tire replaced quickly and she offered options and got me in fast. Also was able to repair a recall issue!

The service was phenomenal as always. My service rider Lee took care of me like he always does. Rufus in sales was amazing as well he was very professional, and I will buy a car from him soon.

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Longo Toyota is not like that AT ALL, they have a large selection of used vehicles set at pretty good prices and are at good standard. happy to join the rest of my family members and purchasing a Toyota! it’s the way to go trussssttt😝🖤

Bought a used Lexus from them and overall the experience was great! Got in contact with the sales person Evan and his partner JP, the buying experience was smooth and the actual price will be the advertisement price they show plus tax and fees. The only thing is that I had to wait for a long time for the finance person, but they are reliable and I do recommend them!

I just bought a brand new RAV4 Prime XSE from Cabe Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team of Keonna, John and Angel were awesome from start to finish. It is a very high demand car and I had been searching over a month to find a reasonable price from multiple dealers across California. Not only did Cabe beat the best price I could find but I felt great about supporting a family owned business. Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

Great place to go to service your car and buy original and performance parts from . Service manager Adriana was great . Couldn?t find the parts department and she walked me to it always polite and concern about what I need and what I was looking for . I was able to buy my parts for my car and parts department was quick to get me my parts and give me as much information as they could about my parts . Always great to come here . Everyone is friendly and everytime I come I feel like I?m with family .

My wife and I talked to 8 dealerships before settling with Wondries Toyota. The salesman Tech Heng was great and really helpful. I would definitely talk to him when trying to buy a car again.
