I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. I had an oil change with Dottie informing me what they found while doing the oil change. Dottie was friendly and very informative. The service was quick and thorough. Very good service.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

Great experience with Geoff Giampapa. Fair price and great respect for the customer. I had my grandson with me and they were amazingly good to him. Auto shopping is stressful especially for a single woman. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. Mr Sullivans son was so helpful. Beautiful vehicle!

Came in with several issues expecting the worst. Our service man cleaned up the parts that were causing the problems instead of replacing them with new expensive ones.

I buy Toyota vehicles because this dealership's service department is great. They let me know what has to be done and what can wait. Their costs are reasonable for all services and cheaper than many (e.g., oil change here is cheaper than at Jiffy Lube). I have confidence that what they tell me is needed, is what is needed. I love this dealership.
