It was a slow process but the sales team was able to come to an agreement with me and my wife. I told them it was not simply matter of getting the best deal we could, but that we flexed as much as possible and that the dealership had to adjust to meet our financial parameters which they did. Otherwise we would not have been able to leave with the vehicle.

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. Great working with Darek to help me purchase my certified vehicle. I got to take it to my own mechanic to verify the certification (and he did). He even got me a little trade-in value for my rusty old 2005. He got our two phones connected easily as well. Tom (finance) was great. No pressure to buy extras. Good experience! Henry K
