Good communication. I felt good about the recommendations. Service was in good time. The waiting area was okay but crowded and a bit noisy. I understand that it is temporary as there is construction in process. I miss the quiet reading room.

It's a good dealership some for nice. People ok but after 2 visits still have no answers for why my Pre-Collision System is not working properly ?

I was very happy with the services .l was not there for too long.Also the department was very clean and the staff were very professional.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Treated very respectfully and with courtesy. Tony, our salesperson listened and worked so hard to fulfill our wants. Everyone, including the Assistant General Manager,.Finance Manager, and our salesperson, Tony worked with us to make sure we got the exact vehicle we needed.

Maria was very helpful and still helpful. Wonderful job keeping us informed on the progress and going above and beyond her job duty to make sure my wife and I was ok
