New 2019 Corolla LE came from factory with defective rotors and rotors warped pads too.
Car vibration is bad on braking on hills and highway.
Brand new car. Toyota only agreed to cut resurface brand new rotors and pads. Not replace them with new. I had to split cost of two new rotors and have pads scuffed. Only 470 gentle miles on it. No mechanic cuts rotors. I never have. I was treated terribly by Toyota corporate and no one would give me contact information for regional field office that made decision to cut rotors.
Also passenger side wiper design is awful
I love my cars and I don't give them up easily. When it became time to move on to a new vehicle, I began my research online. I have loved my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe since I bought it used in 2005. It has taken us on many travels throughout the Southeast. I loved its size, its power on the road, and the space it provided for my teaching supplies. I wanted a clone for my current car; same size and color, but red is not an easy color to find. We located one at Headquarter. It was a Santa Fe, the original model with a 3.6 which I thought was what I needed for the power on the highway. On our first visit to Headquarter, sales friend, Nick Natole, was available for questions, but did not force attention on us. He was extremely upfront and helpful as he provided information regarding the comparisons of the Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Sport. My major concerns had to do with my depth perception and for some reason, I felt the Santa Fe's trunk was longer than what I was used to driving with my 2003. I did not test drive it on that first visit. We left the dealership with the intent to do more research for different types of SUV's. After visiting Nissan, Kia, and a few other dealerships, it became apparent that I would not find what I wanted without going back to the Santa Fe that had been a part of my life for the past 11 years. We returned to Headquarter and from the moment we arrived on the lot, we knew we were in the right place. From our test drive with Nick to the authorization of our sale with management and the financial experience with Roman, it was evident they were there to make me happy and to make this sales experience a positive one. Every question, every concern was met with honesty and with regard to my feelings. I drove away as one very happy owner of a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and we are looking forward to many happy adventures on the road.

Other than lowering my insurance, this car has been a blessing. It has a lot of features and safety advantages my previous car didn't have. It has leg room, plenty of head room and to me, the seats hug you keeping you in place. I've owned this car for a month now, and I absolutely love it.
We were just asking for a car and Daniel, the salesman assigned was very friendly and gave all the information we needed. We still haven’t bought, but we seriously consider doing it with these people!

The Toyota Corolla is a great car for the price, it gets awesome gas mileage while very spacious. I would recommend the Corolla to anyone looking for a small car.

Car basically drives itself. Car small I would love to stay in the middle of lane but the computer says different. Seems like I fight with the car more then anything. Other then that I love the car just wish I didn’t have to fight with the computer so much.
Just bought a 2014 Civic from this dealer. Whole process was made so easy from start to finish. The car I purchased was a lease vehicle so it was in great condition. I took it my mechanic before purchasing and he gave me the green light so I just picked it up today and had to come online and write a review because they were so great to deal with. So far I love my car!

Scott at Freedom Motors in Abilene is one of the best in the business. There was no push to buy a vehicle but he honestly showed me what he had and told me about each one.
While some car dealers might want to up sale and try to rip people off I never got that feeling from freedom. I will definitely be back.

This car definitely meets all my expectations and I love all the safe features. The interior of the car is just as beautiful as the exterior. I’m Sooo happy!!
Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting very old (1998 Honda Accord) and unsafe to drive so we looked into a Toyota as they are one of the most (if not most) reliable and dependable brands among car manufacturers. My father wanted a Corolla so I started doing my research on pricing and submitted my offer to 6-8 dealerships in the valley. I got many calls from different salesman, some were rude and aggressive, others offered me terrible pricing on the vehicle which I knew was overpriced. That was until Ron Munday had contacted me that same day, he was not the first salesman I spoke with over the phone however he was the only salesman that left a great impression (calm and patient) on me that day. He claimed Big Two Toyota would beat anyone's pricing as long as I brought him a certified quote from a competing dealership. I took up his offer and drove to the dealership to very next day to negotiate further on pricing and he did not lie at all when he said he could beat any competitors' pricing. I did not the purchase the vehicle that same day as my father wanted it to discuss pricing with my mother however the very next morning I had contacted competing dealerships to ensure my pricing was the lowest and indeed no one in the valley wanted to sell me a brand new 2017 Corolla SE for what Big Two Toyota was selling it to me for. Knowing that, I closed the deal with Mr. Munday that same morning (8/12/2017) and I can honestly say even though it is my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I can speak volumes of how professional Ron Munday and Big Two treated my family and I. We felt welcomed and apart of the family the second we stepped foot into the dealership. Honestly, even if other dealerships were quoting a cheaper price I would have gladly given the sale to Mr. Munday for his professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the entire process and having to put up with me. He even gone as far as feeding my whole family to lunch while our new car was getting washed and ready to drive off the lot. Overall I am 110% satisfied and would recommend ANYONE to shop at Big Two Toyota as they demonstrate and deliver an excellent car buying experience. I can say I am a life-long customer at Big Two Toyota and our next future purchase will definitely be through this dealership again. Ask for Ron Munday, you will not be disappointed!

This car is amazing on gas compared to what I've owned in the past.I love the touchscreen radio and my drive assist when I'm on the highway,the front sensors have already kept me from hitting another vehicle,it beeps when you get too close to something (about 1 foot) and my trunk space is very useful and pretty big for a car.

The care is well designed to provide many safety features required for the first time buyer. I would suggest to provide the Blind Spot Monitoring for the first time car purchaser as safety feature even if it is an option for the young and new drivers.

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

I love the color, comfort with all the interior perks and the radio is perfect. The ride is smooth and the gas mileage is great!!!
After months trying to get my landcruiser repaired at a local shop, 1 week with the guys at camelback had my truck running great. They have the specialized knowledge needed for my 1992 fj80.

My previous Corolla had over 300,000 miles and never skipped a beat. Unfortunately someone hit me (not my fault) and totaled this car. Had to buy another and I obviously chose another Toyota Corolla.
Love the modern and bright new facility. Snacks, water and coffee available while you wait. Plenty of plug ins to charge your computer or phone. Friendly and helpful staff!

This car is what I expected and more. I feel very secure in it. Very reliable and has great gas efficiency. The design is very nice too.
I have drove many compact sedans like Civic, Sonta, Cruise, etc and by far the Toyota Corolla has by far been the best. It has a sunroof very fuel efficient and very low maintenance car.

Extremely fancy compared to other Corollas in the past. Lots of new Technology. Doesn't look like the regular traditional Corolla. People have to look at the car twice to see what it is.

In the past, I have owned a Dodge Durango with a hemi engine and BMW so I am used to great acceleration! This car is slow on take off. I am older now so maybe zooming around town is not a good idea 🙂 I am grateful for this car!
