I want to put out a great thanks to service advisor Jeff McDowell. He has went above and beyond to give us the most exceptional extraordinary automotive service we have ever had. After receiving a bad oil change from Walmart my Toyota Prius engine blew. It was an 07' but only had about 70k miles on it. Getting Walmart to finance the repair was the worst, they did so many maneuvers and tacktets to avoid financing the repair, despite fault, but we were so blessed to have Jeff McDowell advocate for us and it was his persistence that really made it possible to get everything we needed to be safe on the road. When Walmart tried to short us by providing only partial payment for the damage they did to our car Jeff McDowell and the service director Jeff McGarr of Toyota of Fort Worth looked out for us and were even kind enough to waive much of the labor cost to get us rolling again. My Prius is an 07' so they ended up replacing the engine, hybrid battery, some oxygen sensors, hoses, and even a faulty headlight to restore it to perfect condition. It runs like brand new now and I am pleased to pass it down to our teen student as reliable transportation. I am so impressed by the service of our advisor Jeff McDowell, he made the process so simple and easy for us, we were so lucky to have him managing our case,  by the end of it all he literally had our cell number memorized from putting in so much time and effort on our case so he deserves a trophy for that alone and truly everyone on service Director Jeff McGarr's whole team were amazing. Toyota of Fort Worth is like no other. They are an honest caring group that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Everyone from repair techs, management, administration, and everyone in between, from start to finish were so professional, did a wonderful job, and they all worked so hard for us. We were treated like family and I know I can trust them to be honest, work hard, and do great work at fair prices. Even if there are better prices out there I will never again waste my time trusting anyone else but Toyota of Fort Worth for all my car maintenance and repair needs. I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

This particular 2016 Corolla S we bought used in December 2021 and so far so good. I had a small Toyota pickup back in the mid 1980’s and it was awesome!!!

We had a great experience at Cransh! Found the first car for our new teenage driver. Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! We have another teenager set to drive in 2 years and we will shop first at Cransh Auto! Ask for Jason! He was out point person and did a great job!

.We bought our S model new in 2006 and still drive it weekly with 156,000 miles. I’ve done little more than regular maintenance and brake pads on it. The clear coat on the paint didn’t last long but this thing runs like an appliance. Great gas mileage and even better with a K&N air filter.

Bought a car last week from Meghan Drake. Meghan was awesome. She is everything you always wished a car salesman would be. She was friendly, kind, courteous, honest, upfront, respectful of my time and attentive to my needs. There was absolutely zero pressure throughout the entire process. I have bought many cars during my lifetime, and this was the first time that I actually enjoyed the experience! Meghan is my car salesman for life!

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

Julian was a great salesman. Gave me some off on the price, and gave me some extra on the trade-in we had, so I got to the price I was looking for. Genuinely nice dude who was great to work with! I bought a 2019 Ford Explorer because I found their website and it was the best price.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

I have purchased 4 cars from Cransh in the past 4 years - all were (and still are) good vehicles. No haggling over the price is good and bad - good because you know the price - bad because they are a little high on prices, but the cars have all been serviced as opposed to most used car lots which just clean them and sell them.

It seems there are corolla’s with transmission issue mine was replaced at 36k miles this is my ninth Toyota the first with big issue like that although my car was just out of warranty Toyota replaced the transmission i had to pay for labor

We bought this car brand new after owning Cadillacs and Corvettes, also bought brand new. We're in our 80's now and needed a reliable, moderately priced vehicle 6 years ago and needed dependability. After researching Toyota, we bought this 2016 Corolla and are extremely pleased we did. We have had zero problems with it, it is safe, economical & comfortable. If, and when, this vehicle becomes too expensive to maintain, we will definitely buy another Toyota!

In 1974 I went to work at a Toyota Dealership in Casper, WY. I had just went through a year of Votech on repair. Thinking back 50 years since then my first choice of dependable cars is Toyota filled by Honda then Nissan. Today I own a 2019 Corolla, 1997 Buick, 1971 Datsun 240Z, and a 1953 Chevy Pickup. I gave my 2003 Corolla to my son when I bought the 2019. Working on restoring the Z car with Rust repair. I have owned lots of different import cars in my life. The Toyota line is what I prefer to drive the 2019 I have only had to do the 5000 mile scheduled oil change and rotate tires ,as when I bought it only 6,700 miles and currently 34,000 trouble free miles. The 2003 I bought with 25,000 miles and it currently has 180,000 with scheduled oil change and rotate tires with only repairs were an alternator, wheel bearing, and cruise control part under the steering wheel. To me 150K for 03 car and 28k on the 19 Corolla is an excellent record! Oh I forgot my wife lost a key so we are down to 1 key as the frigging cost for replacement key is ridiculous!
