This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. AWESOME experience!!! I traveled a little over two hours from Richmond to Vienna to purchase a new 2025 RAV4 because I couldn’t find it anywhere else in the state. The ones I located were taking advantage of low inventory levels and over charging the consumer. From my first communication with the internet salesman Muhammad, all the way to driving away in my new vehicle, this was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!! My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful!
