Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

We drove to Toyota of Anaheim in search of a new car for my wife. The sales manager located the vehicle we wanted to test drive and introduced us to Antonio (Tony), our sales representative. We took the car on the freeway since we knew my wife would be driving mainly on the freeway for work. The car drove like a new car so we decided to make an offer. The dealer made us a fair offer for our trade in and came down a little on the purchase price so we decided to move forward with buying the car. We went through the usual credit check, loan application process and sat with the finance guy to finalize our purchase. All in all it was a pleasant process and much quicker than previous car purchases we?ve experienced. I would recommend Toyota of Anaheim and Tony for your car buying needs. Friendly, courteous and professional.

This was a very nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. The salesman followed up with new regularly making sure I was still going for the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready and available for me to test drive. It was an easy purchase process. I greatly recommend using this dealership.

Based on past experiences, I hesitated to bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota, despite having a warranty and maintenance package. However, I'm glad I did. Paul was great at checking me in, explaining my options and what my truck needs. Paul was communicative throughout the process and super helpful with my coupons. I may or may not come back, but at least I know Paul will give me the truth about what I need vs being told something is needed and is life or death.

Well from the time we walked on the lot we were shown a few cars, but I had my mind set on a couple already.. one was the Rav 4...I looked at others but kept going back to this one.. my husband and I talked and decided to get it..I have never bought a car off the lot but there is a 1st time for everything..I feel that it was a great deal..l love it..I go everywhere now lol..

I highly recommend the service center of Wondries Toyota and especially Kanika as your Service Manager. Over the life of my 2006 Prius, I’ve been to 4 or 5 different Toyota service centers. None compare to the quality, friendliness and non-salesy nature of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. I consider them so good I still drive to them from San Gabriel, even though they are twice the distance from my closest dealership in Pasadena. Now I bring my wife’s 2009 Prius here too... I’ve been impressed with the service of this dealership for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about this location. Not only are they friendly and genuine but I also get the (hugely appreciated) feeling that their goal is to keep my repair bill as low as possible while still assuring my car is running as perfectly as possible.

This is a wonderful dealership. From the salesmen to managers to finance, there was open, honest communication and never any pressure. It was a great experience and I would happily purchase or lease a vehicle again from this dealership.

My first experience with Wondries Toyota service department was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated on my defective 2024 Prius Prime vehicle.. Apparently, my engine broke in half which is unheard of. This is the 1st time I’ve purchased a LEMON car from Toyota. Nelson (service agent) is so helpful, understanding, caring and making sure everything goes smoothly. He knows what I'm going through is very stressful and having to wait over 30 days for the engine to arrive doesn’t make things better. He took good care of me and I’m very impressed with him. I have nothing but good things to say about Nelson. He's the guy to go too. As for the management, I give them my utmost respect because they put the customer first. I have a friend that mentioned John Kan to me before I even went to the dealership. She told me how great of a manager he is. I totally agree with what my friend said about him. At the beginning, I didn’t have the opportunity to meet John in person. I did talk to him over the phone and he made sure I’m taken care of. There were 2 things that warranty didn’t cover but he went out of his way just to make it happen. If it wasn't because of John nothing is possible. This is excellent customer service just like Nordstrom. I’m so glad I finally had a chance to meet John and thank him in person. This is a go to dealership for service work or making a purchase. They provide excellent customer service and make sure everyone that leaves there is happy with their service. You won't get this kind of service from any other dealership like them.
