I took in my truck to get serviced and was really impressed with the service. Within 10 minutes of arriving I was greeting by a nice girl and she let me know that Tim would be over to talk with me shortly. Tim came and was very courteous and helpful and asked me if I would want my truck washed after my truck was serviced. Of course I said yes ! While I was waiting I received a text that if I needed anything or had any questions I could text and ask( wow ) This is great service. My truck was serviced and for what I had done it took the appropriate amount of time. I am very pleased with my experience and the immediate greeting of the staff and them walking me through verbally what would take place and giving me a time frame. My truck has parts on backorder and the service team has been nothing but patient with my questions about when the parts would come in. Aside from that, they always provide awesome service and I can?t say enough good things about Angel and Jerrell. They are always professional and courteous.

I recently purchased a car from Toyota Cleveland Heights and had a great experience. The sales woman that helped me out was Patricia (Pat) and she had an excellent display of customer service from start to finish and even days after purchase. Very knowledgeable of the process, answered all my questions, and went out of her way to make sure I had the best & easiest time at the dealership.

Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

I had a great experience in this dealer due to an incredible customer service provided by Julian, Yepes he was very professional and made everything easier for me to buy my car with this dealer. This is my first time using this dealer I would definitely recommended to everyone who wants to buy a Toyota to come here.

Nate is awesome. I live in the Tampa area but travel frequently to Daytona. I literally stopped at every single Toyota along the way while car shopping. The only reason I bought with Orlando was because of all the help Nate offered without him being overbearing, demeaning, or pushy. I would shop again with him in the future.
