We can't say enough about happy we are with our recent buying experience at the Fitzgerald Used Car Outlet. This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

We arrived at the dealership around 4:30pm. Looked at a couple of vehicles. The salesman was very patience and understanding. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in. Once we decided on what we wanted. It was smooth sailing from there. Next, we met with the finance manager. He was great as well. He explained everything we were signing. Even stayed late to finish the deal. During the time with the finance manager. The salesmen took the vehicle to fill up the gas tank and get the vehicle washed and vacuumed. The overall experience was satisfying.
