Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.

I love my 2025 Crown Signia, it’s averaging 41mpg and since I’m 6”3”” it’s hard to find a car that’s comfortable. This one is and the ride quality is amazing. I feel the value for the money is definitely better than a lot of other brands. No complaints about It. Get one while you still can.

Bought a Crown Signia a month ago. First two tanks of gas averaged about 43 mpg. For about the same price as a well-equipped RAV4 Hybrid, you can get the Signia XLE, with Lexus-like refinement, easier access through larger doors and hybrid all-wheel-drive power. The step-up in quality and workmanship is very noticeable, and the digital screen finally doesn't look like an i-pad glued to the upper dashboard. It's a fantastic vehicle. Only drawback I've seen is no sunroof available on the XLE, but all the other good stuff is there.

I came to Koons Toyota for an emergency. On the way home from the beach, my corolla started making very loud noises with every rotation of my tires. I was nervous, too nervous to drive 50 miles home, especially on 50 and 495. Matt was reassuring and patience. He said they closed in 20 minutes but they'd look at the car first thing in the morning. And that I'd have a rental to go home in. Just before 8 am the next morning he called. Told me what was wrong and that he'd personally test drive to ensure things were okay. Picked up my care before noon. And because I paid online returning the rental was super easy. Plus Matt gave his cell just in case. Terrific customer service from beginning to end. Matt was what made it easy. This is definitely worth the drive for my maintenance.

We replaced our 2011 Lexus ES with a Crown Signia. Because we tend to hold onto cars for many years and have had great success with Toyota brand vehicles (we also have a 2007 4-Runner that still pulls a trailer back and forth across the Rockies), we went with this "near Lexus" model. Now with 5,000 miles on the odometer, we agree with the comparison to Lexus, except for the loud and rough sounding engine noise during even mild acceleration. A little sound isolation between the engine and passenger compartments would be a great improvement. We achieve 37 MPH with its base engine in 50/50 city and freeway travel (it was higher before a, shall we say, "spirited" 500 mile round trip). Easy technology interface is also a plus for us (senior citizens). As with many new cars these days, there is no spare tire and no run-flats available, so we're not looking forward to doing a roadside tire repair with the provided kit. If you are looking for a compromise between an SUV and passenger sedan, this station wagon (?) provides the utility, comfort and economy that should satisfy your search.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.
