Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.

Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

I love my 2025 Crown Signia, it’s averaging 41mpg and since I’m 6”3”” it’s hard to find a car that’s comfortable. This one is and the ride quality is amazing. I feel the value for the money is definitely better than a lot of other brands. No complaints about It. Get one while you still can.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

Bought a Crown Signia a month ago. First two tanks of gas averaged about 43 mpg. For about the same price as a well-equipped RAV4 Hybrid, you can get the Signia XLE, with Lexus-like refinement, easier access through larger doors and hybrid all-wheel-drive power. The step-up in quality and workmanship is very noticeable, and the digital screen finally doesn't look like an i-pad glued to the upper dashboard. It's a fantastic vehicle. Only drawback I've seen is no sunroof available on the XLE, but all the other good stuff is there.

We replaced our 2011 Lexus ES with a Crown Signia. Because we tend to hold onto cars for many years and have had great success with Toyota brand vehicles (we also have a 2007 4-Runner that still pulls a trailer back and forth across the Rockies), we went with this "near Lexus" model. Now with 5,000 miles on the odometer, we agree with the comparison to Lexus, except for the loud and rough sounding engine noise during even mild acceleration. A little sound isolation between the engine and passenger compartments would be a great improvement. We achieve 37 MPH with its base engine in 50/50 city and freeway travel (it was higher before a, shall we say, "spirited" 500 mile round trip). Easy technology interface is also a plus for us (senior citizens). As with many new cars these days, there is no spare tire and no run-flats available, so we're not looking forward to doing a roadside tire repair with the provided kit. If you are looking for a compromise between an SUV and passenger sedan, this station wagon (?) provides the utility, comfort and economy that should satisfy your search.

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I highly recommend the service center of Wondries Toyota and especially Kanika as your Service Manager. Over the life of my 2006 Prius, I’ve been to 4 or 5 different Toyota service centers. None compare to the quality, friendliness and non-salesy nature of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. I consider them so good I still drive to them from San Gabriel, even though they are twice the distance from my closest dealership in Pasadena. Now I bring my wife’s 2009 Prius here too... I’ve been impressed with the service of this dealership for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about this location. Not only are they friendly and genuine but I also get the (hugely appreciated) feeling that their goal is to keep my repair bill as low as possible while still assuring my car is running as perfectly as possible.

I normally do not bring my vehicle to the dealership for repairs but Toyota Buena Park has been great as far as honest competitive pricing, nice friendly staff, beautiful facility and convenience. I have never had a problem servicing my vehicles here and will continue to do so.

My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock.
