Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.

I love my 2025 Crown Signia, it’s averaging 41mpg and since I’m 6”3”” it’s hard to find a car that’s comfortable. This one is and the ride quality is amazing. I feel the value for the money is definitely better than a lot of other brands. No complaints about It. Get one while you still can.

Bought a Crown Signia a month ago. First two tanks of gas averaged about 43 mpg. For about the same price as a well-equipped RAV4 Hybrid, you can get the Signia XLE, with Lexus-like refinement, easier access through larger doors and hybrid all-wheel-drive power. The step-up in quality and workmanship is very noticeable, and the digital screen finally doesn't look like an i-pad glued to the upper dashboard. It's a fantastic vehicle. Only drawback I've seen is no sunroof available on the XLE, but all the other good stuff is there.

my parents bought a new camry back in 2016 the salesperson Greg recognized them right away when they walked in we came back to sell the camry because my parents wont be driving anymore even though we werent buying a car they treated us very well and were fair to my parents. big thanks to Greg and now i might buy a new camry from this dealership though i live in Indiana.

We replaced our 2011 Lexus ES with a Crown Signia. Because we tend to hold onto cars for many years and have had great success with Toyota brand vehicles (we also have a 2007 4-Runner that still pulls a trailer back and forth across the Rockies), we went with this "near Lexus" model. Now with 5,000 miles on the odometer, we agree with the comparison to Lexus, except for the loud and rough sounding engine noise during even mild acceleration. A little sound isolation between the engine and passenger compartments would be a great improvement. We achieve 37 MPH with its base engine in 50/50 city and freeway travel (it was higher before a, shall we say, "spirited" 500 mile round trip). Easy technology interface is also a plus for us (senior citizens). As with many new cars these days, there is no spare tire and no run-flats available, so we're not looking forward to doing a roadside tire repair with the provided kit. If you are looking for a compromise between an SUV and passenger sedan, this station wagon (?) provides the utility, comfort and economy that should satisfy your search.

This was a big ticket item and I needed all the information necessary to make an "informed decision" Leo & Mostafa were extremely patient including during the negotiation process since I was looking to get "best bang for my buck" Ultimately, I ended up with a price I was willing to say for said Truck.I encourage all individuals looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Continental Toyota! The only regret I have is that I was not privy to the "Special Financing" that continued into the month of April. It would have given me some additional leverage...

We came to Gerald to look for a new Toyota. We have purchased from Gerald before and we returned because of the very pleasant earlier experience. We met again with Steve Smith and Mohammad Zidan who sold us this car and the car about a year and one half ago (they also bought a car from us at a very fair price). We are very pleased with the treatment we received and highly recommend these men and this dealership. Since 2011 we have owned 7 Toyota hybrids: 2 Prius, 2 Highlanders, and 3 RAV4's. Toyota is the car I prefer and this is the dealership I will return to for future purchases and for all my service needs.

When extra work was needed on my car, I was informed by having my questions answered, given an estimate, and then was provided with a ride home.

My wife went for service. They Didn't replace lugs after tire rotation. I called them about it and they tried to charge me for it and were very rude. I had to go over there and get it resolved and still were very rude.

The crew at Romeoville Toyota are great and try to get you in and out as soon as they can.

Initially, I dreaded coming in because I thought the costs (of a 90,000 mile service) would wipe me out. I knew I needed service because it had been two years since I had been serviced at the dealer, my Check Engine light was on, and I have until 10/31 to get my Vehicle Emissions tested. But Service Advisor Phil Long became my advocate. He understood my predicament, a 2005 Camry that has only been driven 1000 miles since my last visit two years ago. Phil helped me understand what services I needed, and he presented some options. My bill was only $165.09. What a relief for a Senior with a limited budget.
