Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.

I love my 2025 Crown Signia, it’s averaging 41mpg and since I’m 6”3”” it’s hard to find a car that’s comfortable. This one is and the ride quality is amazing. I feel the value for the money is definitely better than a lot of other brands. No complaints about It. Get one while you still can.

Bought a Crown Signia a month ago. First two tanks of gas averaged about 43 mpg. For about the same price as a well-equipped RAV4 Hybrid, you can get the Signia XLE, with Lexus-like refinement, easier access through larger doors and hybrid all-wheel-drive power. The step-up in quality and workmanship is very noticeable, and the digital screen finally doesn't look like an i-pad glued to the upper dashboard. It's a fantastic vehicle. Only drawback I've seen is no sunroof available on the XLE, but all the other good stuff is there.

We replaced our 2011 Lexus ES with a Crown Signia. Because we tend to hold onto cars for many years and have had great success with Toyota brand vehicles (we also have a 2007 4-Runner that still pulls a trailer back and forth across the Rockies), we went with this "near Lexus" model. Now with 5,000 miles on the odometer, we agree with the comparison to Lexus, except for the loud and rough sounding engine noise during even mild acceleration. A little sound isolation between the engine and passenger compartments would be a great improvement. We achieve 37 MPH with its base engine in 50/50 city and freeway travel (it was higher before a, shall we say, "spirited" 500 mile round trip). Easy technology interface is also a plus for us (senior citizens). As with many new cars these days, there is no spare tire and no run-flats available, so we're not looking forward to doing a roadside tire repair with the provided kit. If you are looking for a compromise between an SUV and passenger sedan, this station wagon (?) provides the utility, comfort and economy that should satisfy your search.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! He'll take care of you like family and keep the process enjoyable and light hearted too! I got my new Traverse from Iron Trail. The whole shopping experience was very easy and straight forward. The sales person and manager seemed to really care about what I wanted in my new car. And it was fast! I only spent about an hour from start to finish.

Sutherlin was several states away. The vehicle was well photographed and described. Their terms were exactly supplied. They were able to help with some complicated financing. Andy my salesman picked me up at the Airport. The car was detailed and full of gas. Lexi did a great job explaining the financing details. Everyone I met was highly professional and friendly. Darin was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Welcoming, friendly and so patient with us, especially explaining car details and lease agreements, sometimes more than once. He let us take the time we needed, didn’t rush us at all. Great job of training us up on the Camry 2025, especially how a hybrid (our first) works. Made sure the Toyota App was functioning properly before we left the dealership (it wasn’t at first), and took the car to the shop to clean a couple of spots on the backseat. He made the experience much less stressful than anticipated. Darin is a great Toyota rep and IGH a great dealership. We are huge fans and longtime customers as a result.
