My service advisor Ryan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Only complaint would be vehicle smelled like burnt wire or oil when entering vehicle after service was performed. Smell did dissipate or I got used to it after a while.

Took my car in for a oil change, tire rotation, and 50,000 mile check up. Took me right in and came back in 45 minutes and said my car was ready. Excellent service excellent staff excellent location. Always take my car here nowhere else.

Arrived at the dealership and asked for Josh as I had spoken to him on the phone, he was unavailable. My wife and I were welcomed in by Boris Martinez. We told him what vehicle we were here to purchase and he quickly got the keys and took us to the vehicle, answered all our questions promptly and without any hesitation. I didn?t mention anything about the price, and just told him we will take it. In less than five minutes, he came back to us with the ?deal?, which was the internet advertised price, no negotiations, no haggling, no B.S. I also want to mention the finance process. Completely streamlined again, no B.S. Normally, I absolutely despise buying cars, the back and forth, the games and the hours wasted on this process. Not here, we were there and gone in just under an hour and half. I highly recommend this dealership, I will 100% do business with them again. Also I just wanted to mention even though Josh was unavailable at the time we came in, and no one mentioned it, I did notice that his name was also listed on our paperwork which would mean that he will also get some credit for the sale. That may not seem like a lot but I can assure you that having worked in dealerships, albeit in the service side, this is something that speaks to the culture of the dealership and when there is a good culture, the customer always benefits from this. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new Toyota, go see them, from my experience you will be glad you did.

Lindsay O'Neill was the service representative who helped me, and she was extremely professional and helpful when I had car troubles. Even when this location did not have a part needed, she did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of and got my car back in a timely manner, even calling the delivery staff to let me know when the parts arrive.
