My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. Bought a new 2025 RAV4 that I saw advertised on several sites, including the dealers. Thought I would have to go to Virginia to get the best Toyota deal. Wrong! The best price was at Koons Toyota in Westminster. They had great professional staff beginning with Austin, who was on time for our 6:30 appointment. He was new the car, accompanied us on the test drive, and took the time to explain the finer details. The financing/purchasing staff was pleasant, efficient and had us through the process in less than an hour. We drove the car home that night, with Austin filling up the car and placing the new tags just before we left. This was by far, the best new car purchase experience we have ever had. If we ever buy another Toyota, we will look no further than Austin and Koons Toyota in Westminster.
