I?ve brought my 2015 4Runner TRD Pro ? affectionately known as Luna Noir ? here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, cost-effective, and consistently courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is treated with care. From the moment I pull in, I know Luna Noir is in the best hands. The level of attention and professionalism they bring to each service feels more like a VIP experience than a typical dealership visit. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Sterling McCall Toyota sets the standard ? I won?t take my 4Runner anywhere else.

Long wait but VERY helpful. Ernest Umana was so patient and very helpful with my questions. He made sure I could call or Cooke back with any questions. The facilities were going through renovations.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

I had a really good experience today with Nilson and Flo! This was my first time ever getting a service done with Toyota and the staff and service went above my expectations. The whole process and the staff were very transparent about the cost and maintenance of my vehicle. Additionally every employee that I spoke with from the individual that checked me in for my service to the very end at check out was extremely kind!
