Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited in Windchill Pearl Nightshade Edition is a super car. Layout, engineering, finish out all top notch. I’m glad I got one of the first 2025s in the Nightshade. Can’t recommend letting Toyota Mfg do the blackout over add on at distributor level. There is no comparison.

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. The experience I had with West Kendall Toyota was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in Saul was so helpful , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to take my time and decide on the automobile that I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured, nor did I have doubt about leaving without my desired automobile. I have a 2011 Prius that has only been serviced at West Kendall Toyota. I have had many service advisors over the past 10 years that were just OK or not good at all. Kelly Monroy is by far the best! She is very professional, respectful and polite. She goes above and beyond the basic service level. Kelly actually walked through the dealership to find me and give me an in person update on my car instead of a phone call or text. I'll ask for Kelly every time I come to West Kendall Toyota, She gets an A from me.

2/5/22 I was with my 2020 tacoma for installing 4 new tires. they told me to wait 2 hours to receive my car finished. About a little more than 2 hours they called me to pay for it and told me to go outside for my car. I had talking with the man at office # 4 who assisted me and told me that in 5 minutes my car will be with me. He told me that two times when I was to see him and half an hour later my car was there. The man who was driving told me that he could not find my car. This is second time that this happens to me with my cars and I think that this dealer has many very skilled mechanics an need to make some changes to improve the return of cars.

Everything was great, no explains at me and truly helpful and as we al my concern and integrity . The process took less then I though happy about that part

These guys were professional and got back to me within a very short time regarding my showing interest in their car. Any information I asked for other than what was online they were quick to send to me. They were even willing to put the car on a lift and send photos of the under carriage.
