Used Toyota Highlander for sale near Boulder Creek, CA under $100,000

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Carlos was very kind, and hey gave us exactly what we looked for. All the help that we need for the vehicle was clearly appointed by Carlos to understand the efficiency of my new KIA .

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

First class service when trading in my CLS550 and replacing it with a GLC43 AMG. Very fair trade in value and very helpful sales manager made the purchase of my new car extremely easy and hassle free.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

Great communication, very responsive and Leo was a great guy to work with. He made sure the car was available for me when I got there, I was about an hour away. Bought the car, been great so far.

can't complain I love it, already I told Andres by next years, I coming for the same model but 2022, ot is my best vehicle I have done for a while
