I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

Contacted them on a Saturday morning with some questions about an incentive program they were offering. Sales team got right back to me and after some back and forth I was up there by 11:00 to finalize the deal. This is the third vehicle we have bought from them and they are always super professional and not pushy like other dealers in the area. I don’t ever enjoy dropping a bunch of money on a car but their process is pretty stress free. Will be back there in a couple of years to figure out a used vehicle for my kid!

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

We called the dealership and asked about a specific vehicle. We explained that we couldn’t make it to a Boston for a while. They offered to bring the vehicle to us close to an hour and a half away and that really won us over. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and we purchased it. Thanks so much to Juan! Zero problems in 8 years ownership. Very comfortable. Still looks brand new. My next car will definitely be another Highlander, perhaps a 2025 Highlander Hybrid.

It?s a Great Dealership and great techs and service advisors. Just very disappointed this time around. 6 months ago my left rear side of the car was making a clunking sound. They told me suspension is leaking. They didn?t have rear suspension for my 2013 LS in stock so I got the vin number from them and ordered online OEM. It was installed. 6months later only the rear right side is leaking. This time I will have them order and re-install it. I hope they will call me back to confirm that they have the parts to replace both rear suspension. I really hate to have to do this twice. Like I wish there was a salesman to convince me to wait till they had the part. Could?ve had all 4 suspensions replaced for it?s about to cost me. It?s not about money it?s about common sense and trust. Why are they not both leaking? Why only the right side now? I tend to stick to one dealership and I drive from Fall River to Danvers North Boston for routine maintenance. It will be my last visit there, If after they order their own part and install it and months later doesn?t fix the problem

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Overall very good and reliable vehicle for the money. Not the most comfortable, stylish, or best on fuel but for the price i dont think you can find better

I’ve had no problems with my Highlander since I had it. I just keep up the maintenance and it drives as smooth as it did when I first got it. The other thing I like about it is the roomy comfort it gives and that it’s heavy enough to handle the road. It huges the road in curves so good. I am truly satisfied with my Highlander.

I highly recommend Neat Auto sales. Louis and his wife are wonderful. Louis is honest, professional, personable, and fair. They offer a no pressure atmosphere. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at, they were very accommodating and let me take as much time as I wanted to see and drive the vehicle multiple times. This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

can't complain I love it, already I told Andres by next years, I coming for the same model but 2022, ot is my best vehicle I have done for a while

We have owned our Highlander since about 42K miles, it now has 136k. The car has been wonderfully reliable and the batteries (now 16 years old) seem to still be working quite well. We get about 25mpg, maybe one or two less than when we first got it. While maybe not sexy, the first-gen Highlander Hybrid is a super well-engineered car. Our years in this tight, quiet, comfortable, spacious vehicle have been great. Biggest problem is we can't find a modern car we like enough to replace it!

Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.

Warm, friendly greeting; provided with a clean and new loaner car; great explanations of suggested repair work, including video of my vehicle?s troubled areas. I?m a loyal customer for many years and was treated like a vip! My vehicle was washed and cleaned on the inside as a courtesy. Very much appreciated. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Rick and Brendan were great to work with.

Me and my family really like our Highlander XLE. Its super reliable (like always) and its a great family car. The Highlander gets decent fuel economy, its quiet inside, its quick, good interior quality, and comfortable ride. The Highlander is also very spacious and the opening rear window is super useful to get into the trunk quickly. The shelf on the dashboard was very useful for storing. We also really like how the facelift looks. The exterior looks very handsome and in my opinion, the Highlander looks better than the Honda Pilot. The things that we don't like about our Highlander is the technology. The navigation system is very laggy and hard to use. The Highlander also doesn't come with apple car play or android auto. The charger outlets for the second row are also hard to reach since it is near the floor. The outlets are hard to find especially when it is dark. We also found out the third row to be very uncomfortable. The third row is very cramped and it has no leather armrest. But overall, the Highlander is still a very good family car and it has been our favourite car.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

I purchased my 2010 Highlander in March 2011 with 5K miles. I now have 177,377 miles and never had a major repair required. Just replaced spark plugs for second time and should be good for another 75-80K miles. Thinking of trading in-not sure what to do. Oh btw: I’ve never missed a scheduled oil change in 13 years or ownership. Anyone have an opinion??????

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.
