I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. 2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

This car has met (most) of my expectations. I love all of the features, but I wish the speedometer was digital to see what speed I am going, and I wish I could see how many miles I have left to an empty tank. A couple other things I would have loved to have is a blind spot monitor, and remote start but these are all just luxuries and do not affect the cars driving abilities. Just my personal preferences! Overall very happy with my purchase and I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time!

Tim was great. Took extensive time to explain EVERYTHING to us and no pressure, even when we left for a few hours to check other dealers. Nothing compared with the deal we got there, but most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tim who explained all the differences between models, factory warranty vs. extended warranty and much more. Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. I don't know how many have got to enjoy a car for 300,000 miles without ever leaving you on the side of the road, but I have. My Toyota Venza was at 280,000 miles and still running strong when it was involved in an accident. The only things ever went bad was the radiator and a/c. Who can say that besides a Toyota owner? My 2016 Highlander XLE that I recently purchased is roomy, luxurious, and dependable. The size fits my family's needs. I can't wait to enjoy this vehicle over the next many years!

A few years ago my husband and I purchased an Outback with the help of Trish Clancy. She was great! Recently, I was in need of information from a business manager and was introduced to Nathan Black. Was I fortunate! Not only was Nathan very knowledgeable, but was patient and thorough and made sure I was well taken care of beyond my expectations! I left more than satisfied! (I had to mark a reason for my visit that's not true as my reason was not covered by any of your 3 choices!)

We bought this car new in March 2015. It currently has over 205,000 miles, and I am selling it to buy a Grand Highlander next week. I still drive it back and forth from Iowa to Florida 3 times a year, and never worry about it making it. It handles great in any snow Iowa gave me, and last trip to Florida I averaged over 25 mpg traveling about 75. I have done all my scheduled maintenance at Cedar Rapids Toyota, changing the oil every 10,000 miles, and 1 tune up with spark plugs at 120k. Total repairs, (not maintenance), was under $450. 1 rubber seal for sunroof, 4 tire pressure monitors, and 4 sets of lug nuts, as they were rusting on. Truly the best and most reliable car I have ever owned. One reason I am trading up to a Grand Highlander is to get all the new safety features. My oldest daughter is buying this, because they know it surely has another 100k + of life left in it.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. I highly recommend both the highlander and Alton Toyota dealership!

We bought a 4 year old vehicle, which was in great condition but had an unexpected mechanical issue within the first few weeks. It ended up being a costly, substantial repair. It’s been a very reliable car the past 7 years. No issues mechanically speaking. Body style is great Mine has no safety warning features. My dislikes are the huge side mirrors and window frame. I’m 5’1” and they are a huge blind spot issue for me. Even my 5’10” son has issues. You cannot see the curb on a curve and you have to be extra careful to watch for pedestrians at thr crosswalks. And the nav screen/system and back up camera are USELESS during a sunny afternoon. The angle they installed it and without something to shade it makes it impossible to use. Actually dangerous at times. The only other thing is the road noise. It’s not terrible but next car I’m going for will be a quiet ride.

He had the car key and boom I was in it. Explained what I needed to do to take the test drive. I went out for a twenty min drive down 13 and back. He did my paperwork in less then 15 minutes and then you wait for the title in the mail. Appreciate the blessings!

Wonderful car for families, senior citizens, campers just ever one. Easy to get. in and out off, lots of leg room, ample cup holders, and storage compartments everywhere. Seats fold flat for cargo and large luggage rack. No blind spots.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Just got a new Altima on 11/30/23, 2nd purchase in a row there. Love this group of sales people, easy to work with, flexible hours, direct text and calling, great follow-through, easy documentation and paperwork. Highly recommend.

Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.
