Definitely worth the trip to Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati. We were looking for a specific color and specs for our next vehicle and we found one online. We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

Work was done well. Car was returned very clean. Looked brand new. Communication could have been better. Car was ready on a Friday but no call. Could not get it until Monday.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

I am the original owner of my 2004 Toyota Highlander purchased with 8 miles on it ( my test drive miles =))... it currently has 419,100 miles. Original engine, transmission etc... Some upkeep throughout the years... but She's still pushing and running smoothly. What's the saying " til the wheels fall off" which shouldn't be anytime soon because I just purchased new tires last year. =))). Best vehicle ever, very reliable, sturdy, and fun to drive....we have been through a lot.

Stopped in looking for a reasonably priced used pick up truck. Found a 2023 Honda Ridgeline with low miles at a reasonable price on their lot. Called in and was put in touch with Tim. He was excellent to work with and meticulous in having all the necessary paperwork so the closing went smooth and on time.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

We have owned our Highlander since about 42K miles, it now has 136k. The car has been wonderfully reliable and the batteries (now 16 years old) seem to still be working quite well. We get about 25mpg, maybe one or two less than when we first got it. While maybe not sexy, the first-gen Highlander Hybrid is a super well-engineered car. Our years in this tight, quiet, comfortable, spacious vehicle have been great. Biggest problem is we can't find a modern car we like enough to replace it!

Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas.
