This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more. So, that said, read the ads very carefully and then you will have no surprises. We are satisfied with our purchase and are happy to recommend Auto Trademark.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

As usual, he took very good care of me, which was helping me to pick out the vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted inside and out. The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

Top vehicle on the road. Comfort, style, economical, safety. Feels like I'm gliding not driving. Why would anyone not buy a Toyota hybrid to own?

Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. Bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid, Limited. My first Toyota. Ride comfort is good, mileage is fantastic (35-38). Two things disappoint me. First, the wind noise...pretty bad. I’m hesitant to have the dealer touch it because they say nobody has complained about. If you search online, it is a known problem (the noise is TERRIBLE compared to my XT5). Secondly, the car seems chintzy. The exterior metal is tinny...again, compared to my XT5...just not nearly as solid. I would buy it again...I think Hybrids are the way to go. I’m just surprised how chintzy the car seems. I suppose the lack of insulation , etc is the trade off for the great mileage

My wife had a smaller all wheel drive car from another company that drove me nuts trying to do the driving for me. It was a total hassle to turn it off every time you restarted the vehicle and I complained every time I drove it. Now with the highlander every time I drive it I comment how much I like it. Even considering a second one for my company car. By the way this is our first hybrid vehicle.

His kind and honest spirit allowed me to feel comfortable enough to know, this is the dealership I wanted to use. Pascuale and Sang properly prepared me prior to my arrival to retrieve my custom 2025 GLE350 to ensure zero hiccups. I did not feel pressured at all - just relaxed. My vehicle turned out EXACTLY as ordered! Sang walked me through the basics of how to operate my vehicle and I was also pleasantly surprised with a follow up call the next day from Sang.

We got the vehicle indecency. 28, 2023. We hit 1000 miles and so far so good. We wanted a bench seat and have bought the XLE. It came with the XP package. I am disappointed that it doesn’t have heated steering wheel and 360 degree camera, but I can live w/o it.

We have owned our 2012 Highlander Hybrid Limited for almost 12 years now. It consistently gets 28 mpg, which is STILL (12 years later) impressive for a mid-sized SUV. The car has taken us all over the US as a military family and has never disappointed. We now are living in WNC with lots of winding roads and the Highlander, although not a Porshe, Tesla, or Subaru WRX, performs amazingly well in turns. I would say that the only thing that is a slight negative are the two 3rd row seats: they are fine for a short drive or for small kids (under 70 lbs), but not made for adults or teenagers. We have only done regular maintenance (regular oil changes, tire changes about every 40k miles, and wiper blades about the same interval) to the vehicle and changed out the windshield once due to a rock thrown from a dump truck. This is an excellent vehicle and one of the most reliable gas or hybrid vehicles on the market today. I would not hesitate to buy another Highlander Hybrid.

This is the 4th Toyota that I have owned and while no vehicle is perfect, Toyota has never disappointed me in what really counts, reliability and performance. My current Toyota, the Highlander Hybrid has been everything I thought it would be when I bought it and I expect to be enjoying this vehicle 250, 000 miles from now.

I've been waiting for years to find a car to replace my 2006 4Runner. I finally gave up on seeing a 4Runner redesign and decided I wanted something that was better for the environment. The Highlander hits the sweet spot for me. I've averaged 33 mpg overall since getting the car in late April. I saw an improvement in mpg once Summer gas became available. My best trip mpg has been 40 when driving from the Portland OR area to the coast. If you can keep speed in to 50 - 60 range, this car gets amazing mileage. I've been amazed at how often the gas engine is shut off and the car runs in EV mode. The transition is pretty seamless too. Disappointments: 1) My biggest gripe is that in order to switch the air flow to recirculating mode, you have to access a setting in a menu. I use this often when encountering dust or smoke, and it's much harder to switch via a menu than it would be with a mechanical switch. From the pictures I've seen, it appears that the 2023 model has resolved this issue. 2) The wireless phone charger is worthless. I'm lucky if my phone doesn't lose charge while on that charger! 3) My platinum model did NOT come with the digital rearview mirror. I really wanted this, but not sure how much I would use it as I wear glasses and the focal distance to the digital image is a bit too close unless I tilt my head back. 4) There are a lot of little rattles on rough roads... more than my 2006 4Runner had after 178k miles! 5) I'd like to be able to force the AWD system to be on under certain conditions. I barely made it to my friend's cabin due to the front wheels spinning in mud. 6) When the battery isn't fully charged and you downshift to slow down, the regenerative braking system should kick in but instead the engine is engaged. Overall I'm very happy with this car, but it could be better with some small changed. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. I like this vehicle, but I'm just not sure about the Hybrid version. I don't really see that it saves me any money on gas and at only 12,000 miles, the Hybrid battery failed. It took over a week to find a new battery in South Florida where I purchased the car. That battery is $500 not installed. Luckily it was under warranty. I've already replaced the tires at 23,000 because after we moved to Colorado we needed better tires that the OEM ones that came with the car. Every now and again I get a warning when I try and start the car that says, The Hybrid System has stopped working. Please turn the car off and try restarting it. When that happens and it won't restart, good luck!!! Time to call AAA. I also wish this car had or could upgrade to Apply Play. First recall is getting fixed tomorrow for a low pressure fuel pump located in the gas tank. It was a long time before they could find the part to repair the car.

I purchased the hybrid Toyota Highlander XLE. This is our second highlander. The product is rock solid, reliable, comfortable, and gets 35 mpg in the city and on the highway. Love it.
