Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg Gibson during my recent truck purchase, and I can honestly say it was one of the best truck-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

From my first inquiry to the final sale, all of the staff at Miller Toyota were professional and helpful. A small cosmetic defect was noticed on my used certified vehicle and a new part was immediately ordered and installed within a couple of days. The service manager also was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Miller Toyota!

Former Toyota Sequoia owner with 250k, and still running. This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

The car is roomy, comfortable, stylish, for a hybrid it has a lot of pep. I would highly recommend the car. I look forward to my first road trip.

Bought a 2023 Highlander Hybrid, Limited. My first Toyota. Ride comfort is good, mileage is fantastic (35-38). Two things disappoint me. First, the wind noise...pretty bad. I’m hesitant to have the dealer touch it because they say nobody has complained about. If you search online, it is a known problem (the noise is TERRIBLE compared to my XT5). Secondly, the car seems chintzy. The exterior metal is tinny...again, compared to my XT5...just not nearly as solid. I would buy it again...I think Hybrids are the way to go. I’m just surprised how chintzy the car seems. I suppose the lack of insulation , etc is the trade off for the great mileage

The trim package is XLE. This car replaced another XLE Hybrid model which did not have AWD. We mainly drive between Nebraska and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The AWD on this vehicle is great and kicks in without you even noticing it. The fuel mileage in the beginning was not great (29-32) due to trips made in the winter. Have not made a trip lately, but our current mileage is 42 with mostly hybrid type city driving (slow acceleration and coasting stops). There is an engine noise when accelerating which we did not have in our other hybrid, but our other vehicle is a truck, so it does not bother us. However, the generated noise while in reverse on only the electric engine is loud & annoying. One complaint is that the XLE trim is not standardized across Toyota models or within a model.

Best most reliable, very comfortable great lines, economical I have ever had. Seating allows one to have a superior view.of traffic in all directions. I used to be a Cadillac owner no more!

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face .
