Hybrid was great but too expensive to repair. AWD is a must. We replaced it with a newer gas version, a FWD and are very sorry we did. Space was great, design was overall very good. Its too bad you have to get navigation as part of the package we bought - Toyota navigation is so user unfriendly. Why can't these manufacturers just contract with Garmin...$100 Garmin is 100x better than the $1500 Toyota GPS.

I’ve had this Highlander for nine years I’ve only taken it to the dealership for recalls low maintenance easy to maintain reliability is unbelievable I just wish they put the battery inside the car instead of under the hood . Amazing all wheel drive in snow great gas mileage love this car

After many years of driving mini vans my wife and I were in the process of looking for a different vehicle. We had no idea what we wanted and in the process visited 5 or 6 different dealerships and drove 12 different vehicles. We were very pleased in working with Andrew. He was patient and very informative and knowledgeable in the two Subaru's we were considering. He followed up with phone calls in a manner I appreciated. In the phone calls as well as in person, he was very polite and I felt he really wanted to help us find the right vehicle for us. Not just to making a sale. When my wife decided she wanted to take a look at a Highlander he informed us he could not help us other than taking us next door to the Toyota dealer which he did and introduced us to Chris. When finalizing a deal on a Highlander with Chris and Sean, Sean informed me that Chris was new at the sales position and had been there for only about three weeks. I told them I could't believe that by the manner in which he worked with us and the knowledge of the vehicles he showed us. I still can't believe that! We give an A+ rating to Andrew. I wish I could give that rating to all of the sales people we dealt with but unfortunately I can't. If I ever know of anyone looking for a Subaru I will definitely send them to Andrew. Dick

Excellent ride, comfortable, reliable and very good gas mileage. Over 110,000 miles and still runs great. Excellent on the highway for comfort and ride. Great in the snow with AWD.
