Just bought a 2021 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier...unless maybe it came with a lifetime supply of snacks in the glove box. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and (dare I say it?) actually enjoyable. Quin and Steve were the dynamic duo I didn’t know I needed, super helpful, low pressure, and they somehow managed to get me excited about floor mats. I also had a chance to meet Patrick, the manager, who popped in like a friendly boss in a sitcom. Supportive, laid back, and clearly runs a tight ship. Trey in finance made signing paperwork way less painful than expected. No pressure, no surprise add-ons, and only a few pens mysteriously disappeared during the process (I’m watching you, Trey). All in all, great people, great service, and a great car. Highly recommend Mountain States Toyota. From the time I contacted David Floyd of Mountain States Toyota till the moment that I drove off the lot with the car that I absolutely love. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My neighbor had already bought two cars from him and had recommended that I go up there and here I am. I'm now sitting in my car leaving a review. All I can say is that if you have been burned by a car dealership go see these guys. They are amazing. Specifically David Floyd yet I think they are all really good!!!
