Went the first time and the stuff very friendly, smiling & welcoming, beside showing me the sales lady the RAV4 I wanted, I wasn’t ready to buy that day, but came back a couple of days after, he got me a great deal. I will come back for my son’s car to buy.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

I just bought a brand new RAV4 Prime XSE from Cabe Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team of Keonna, John and Angel were awesome from start to finish. It is a very high demand car and I had been searching over a month to find a reasonable price from multiple dealers across California. Not only did Cabe beat the best price I could find but I felt great about supporting a family owned business. Keonna and John were very helpful in working out all the details without dishonest sales tactics that some other dealers use to get customers in the door. Angel in finance continued that trend by answering all my questions honestly and not trying to pressure me one way or another. I FELT AS A BUSINESS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO SAY BAD THING ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I WAS ALREADY TOLD IT IS ONLY MY 2 FRONT SENSORS THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE SHORT OF MONEY, BUT TO TELL A CUSTOMER BAD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT ANOTHER BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUENA PARK TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH HER. SHE IS TOO PUSHY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND GET A SELL, AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WILL COME BACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS TELLING YOU ALL THEY WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE, LEAVE IT AT THAT AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT THE MECHANIC STATED AND NOT TRY AND FORCE THEM INTO DOING ANYTHING THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU MORE THAN TWICE THEY WASN'T GOING TO DO ON THAT DATE. WHEN I LEFT THERE ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2025 AT 907AM. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES I RECIEVED.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I highly recommend the service center of Wondries Toyota and especially Kanika as your Service Manager. Over the life of my 2006 Prius, I’ve been to 4 or 5 different Toyota service centers. None compare to the quality, friendliness and non-salesy nature of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. I consider them so good I still drive to them from San Gabriel, even though they are twice the distance from my closest dealership in Pasadena. Now I bring my wife’s 2009 Prius here too... I’ve been impressed with the service of this dealership for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about this location. Not only are they friendly and genuine but I also get the (hugely appreciated) feeling that their goal is to keep my repair bill as low as possible while still assuring my car is running as perfectly as possible.

My first experience with Wondries Toyota service department was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated on my defective 2024 Prius Prime vehicle.. Apparently, my engine broke in half which is unheard of. This is the 1st time I’ve purchased a LEMON car from Toyota. Nelson (service agent) is so helpful, understanding, caring and making sure everything goes smoothly. He knows what I'm going through is very stressful and having to wait over 30 days for the engine to arrive doesn’t make things better. He took good care of me and I’m very impressed with him. I have nothing but good things to say about Nelson. He's the guy to go too. As for the management, I give them my utmost respect because they put the customer first. I have a friend that mentioned John Kan to me before I even went to the dealership. She told me how great of a manager he is. I totally agree with what my friend said about him. At the beginning, I didn’t have the opportunity to meet John in person. I did talk to him over the phone and he made sure I’m taken care of. There were 2 things that warranty didn’t cover but he went out of his way just to make it happen. If it wasn't because of John nothing is possible. This is excellent customer service just like Nordstrom. I’m so glad I finally had a chance to meet John and thank him in person. This is a go to dealership for service work or making a purchase. They provide excellent customer service and make sure everyone that leaves there is happy with their service. You won't get this kind of service from any other dealership like them.
