Bought our 21 Camry after seeing it on line. It had not been built yet but the dealership kept us informed of progress and shipping as things changed and finally it was delivered. We were informed that the car was at the dealership and we brought it home that day. We are very pleased with the dealership and the car. Also, 10,000 mile service was handled efficiently and took 1 hour total. Ca't beat that!

I would give 10⭐️’s if I could!! JOHN the Sales Manager and Jose my Salesman-we’re OUTSTANDING from start to finish! Spoke to Jose when I called in last night to make sure I had the right place. I was looking for John, as someone close to me recommended seeing him. Jose and I spoke and I told him what I was looking for. Made plans to meet them at 3 today. Didn't even plan on buying, just looking. However after meeting John and Jose I felt like family already!!! Jose had the SUV ready when I got there and we drove it. I planned on selling my vehicle and not trading it in. And I had a potential buyer already lined up for tomorrow. They asked if they could look at my car that I came in and I agreed. They gave me such a good deal for my SUV trade-in, that I decided to trade it in and canceled the point of sale for tomorrow. I wasn’t even there for four hours and I walked out with a brand new 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid with only 5 miles on it. I hate car shopping and I actually brought somebody with me to do most of the talking because I hate it. I will no longer go to anywhere else to buy my vehicle from this point on. We came into this dealership just wanting to try out cars; we ended up buying one. Along the way we met Will Butler, who kept us interested and focused even when I thought my companion was ready to bolt. I don't know what he had, but I'd love to bottle it and sell it. He kept my mobility-challenged sister comfortable and persisted through our issues with insurance. He made it work! The dealership itself is clean and modern and a relaxing vibe - soothing music, clean bathrooms, a massive contrast to another showroom we had seen. Gotta mention Stephanie who was a pro at using her cool gizmo to get through all the mind-numbing paperwork at the end. Did they keep the dealership open past close just to seal the deal? I think they did. And Will even mentioned calling DealDash if we wanted food. It all worked. Great job!
