I recently purchased a 2023 Prius Prime from Mossy Toyota. My experience was the best I have ever had in purchasing a car. My sales person was Bahador (Baha) Sadri. I was really impressed with the depth and breadth of his knowledge about this car. He made every effort to go all out in making sure I was informed and happy with my experience. I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

To my own mishap of making the wrong assumptions to an otherwise 5-star experience. For new car buyers, please read your paperwork carefully and never assume. With all things considered, I would give my experience purchasing my new Corolla at Mossy a 3.5-star. The experience was positive because: 1/ My sales rep Cliff (1) kindly provided me a ride from a nearby car rental to their dealership, (2) was willing to readjust our appointment, (3) offered me a fair price and interest rate, which is greatly appreciated. 2/ The moment I walked in the dealership, I was immediately attended by this lady (sorry I don’t know your name) who was very kind and lovely. It made me feel at ease and well-respected. The process could have been more stress-free and pleasant if Mossy: 1/ Had a comprehensive inventory of cars readily available for test drive, finish the paperwork, and take the car all in one-visit. 2/ If more than a visit is needed, I would appreciate if Mossy can share the warranty & optional add-ons in advance instead of having me made the decision right on the spot. Even though the outcome likely be the same (me purchasing a valid, truly cost-saving security + warranty package plan), the means used to reach that end are worlds apart. Whenever I was forced with a “limited time offer” or “only this time offer,” it’s hard for me to feel confident in deciding because I did not feel prepared. The experience would have been a 4.5 or close to a 5-star if I was not put under such unnecessary stress which can be easily avoided/ minimized if the information is offered (either via phone calls or emails) days in advance. For something that was listed as below: Individual plan: Security system, $720 5Y/55K warranty, $1605 Package plan: Security system + 5Y/55K warranty, $1655 It would have been a much more positive experience if Tom EXPLICITLY clarified that despite the security system and the 5Y/55K warranty were individually listed as $720 and $1600, respectively, when they were bundled together, please DO NOT ASSUME that the security system is now only $50, with the 5Y/55K warranty stays refundable at $1605. I wanted to sign something that I actually agreed to (security system for $50 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $1600), not something I thought I agreed to but turned out to be falsely misunderstood (security system for $1030 + 5Y/55K warranty for refundable $625) and later consoled that it is still a pretty good plan. 3/ Avoid using multiple thus confusing abbreviations like TSRP, MSRP, DSRP, SRP. Confusion >>> distrust >>> negative experience >>> negative review, zero referrals, or clients never coming back.

Jason Jaffe , Luis Lopez and Chris from the finance department all gave me 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service . Leasing my new 4 runner and trading in my vehicle went very smooth from start to finish . Working w Joe Quizno, he was able to answer all the questions I had. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in (GrandHighlander Hybrid) is not available or Inwould have purchased immmediately. Looking for Bench Seating (8) in Storm Cloud color. Will go to who ever has one on their lot.

I lease/purchase a new car very frequently and it is in most cases an annoying and dreading experience. However, Temecula Valley Toyota, specifically Sam and Dale made this experience a very good one. Sam provided a hassle free sales process to present us a great deal for a Prius. Dale was very knowledgeable and provided us with an exceptional vehicle delivery after we signed the contract.
