My salesperson was Aydin Abbasov and he did a wonderful job with everything. I flu out of Syracuse at 6am and arrived in the Washington VA airport (IAD) at 7:35am where Aydin picked me up before the dealership even opened for the day. By 10:30am I was on the road for my 7hr return trip back home to NY with my new '25 Tacoma Sport.

Nasir my sales rep was attentive from start to finish. We encountered unforeseen issues that almost cause me to throw towel in but he would not let up. We appreciate all the hard work put in by Nasir and I am enjoying my Rav4, thanks again.

Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! 6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful.
