I recently purchased a vehicle there and I had 2 things not working correctly. Even though one item was after the warranty period they fixed it for free. Great service. The purchasing was very easy and they have a wide selection to pick from.

This is the second Prius I’ve Owned

Love, love, love my Prius. My last one I had for 12 years and it ran great. Unfortunately I started having front headlight problems which caused me angst. I figured it was time to buy a new one so rather than dealing with this older technology, I bought a brand new Prius. And I have been very pleased with it. Sure, I had to get used to some of the quirks but who reads the manual start to finish anyway?

Free Means Free. NO JOKE

I called up the dealer, since I saw online they offered FREE VT state inspections, wanted to find out the details, assuming there was some catch, since everywhere else in the state charges $50-$100!!. Come to find out it is exactly what they say. FREE. FREE for anyone, and there is no hidden fine print like you have to have purchased your car there etc. I did not buy my car from them, and they had me in and out in less than an hour, and didn't have to pay a dime. Treated me like I had spent a million dollars. The whole experience was great, from the time I checked in to the time I left they kept me informed, and delivered on everything they promised. Everyone was friendly, must have been greeted by 6 different people in the time it took me to walk across the showroom to the waiting area. Thank you Berlin City Kia service team, job well done!

I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! Thank you from the bottom of my heart MR. Lucia!

When buying a car, you are in control of the entire situation, and most dealerships are experts at making you think otherwise, and after being manhandled, lied to, shortchanged and manipulated at nearly 5 other dealerships in 2 weeks, i could not find the deal that fit me. That is, Until my friend suggested that I give Seth Quittner a call at Freedom Nissan and after that I was taken seriously and with their unmatched inventory, they had multiple cars to show me that were perfect for me, and priced better than I could have even hoped for. After I chose my car at my own pace, Kyle Nicholas worked the bank to get me the best APR I had been offered by a long shot! I could not be happier in my low miles sentra, and I constantly brag about the deal they got me! Zero bullcrap, 100% awesome work from these guys, why go anywhere else and get hustled?

Amazing Car
by Little Consumer Lady from Huntsville , Al

I have owned a Prius for five years . It gets amazing gas mileage and gets me from Alabama to Texas on one tank of gas . Phenomenal! I just paid the car off and it has 70 K miles. I am now selling it and just purchased a new Buick Encore after a lot of research ( weeks ) . The only negative about the hybrid cars is that replacing the battery is extremely expensive, and shelling out $3 K on an older car is not an easy choice . Frankly , I hate being gouged , and being a victim. I feel Toyota could recondition the batteries for $ 1, 000 and keep many customers . If the battery replacements were reasonable , then EVERYONE would drive a hybrid ! I decided not to buy another hybrid because the hybrids cost MORE to purchase and then the owner is saddled with a huge battery cost that seems to make a person question the economy of the decision in the long term . Three thousand dollars is way too much for a battery . But the Prius is a reliable and brilliant vehicle , and is fairly comfortable and easy to handle .

Third vehicle here; staff worked on affordability each time.
by poutine_or_putain? from DealerRater.com
November 6, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (2477 reviews)
I have now purchased three used vehicles from Heritage; a Camry, a Sienna and a Corolla. (Also another Camry from a dealer in Rutland.) Very happy with the life span and performance of the first two from Heritage; hopefully #3 will continue as a trend. I worked in retail management for 30 years. My crusty old school boss, generally a good guy - classic tough but fair person (these days seems like too much "tough", nowhere near enough "fair" anymore) used to say this on the regular about hitting sales targets, often challenging ones: First time's luck; second time's coincidence; third time's a trend. I made it a point of my career to hit as many of my targets as reasonably possible just so I could throw that old chestnut back at him during sales meetings. Not surprisingly, he didn't seem to mind... I appreciate the staff working on price; we are a family of four, currently one income, living in very expensive Chittenden County. Rural area; we need at least two affordable cars, plus probably one more next year or so when my teen son starts driving. I truly wish there was ONE visionary out there in car dealership land that would just put their used auto inventory out there with a finite price, inclusive of a *reasonable* markup to cover conditioning, etc. and a modest profit, and end all the lunacy and stereotypes surrounding deal-making. Having worked so long in retail, I genuinely understand the need and right to make an honest profit. I do not believe anyone, any "customer", has the right to try to screw down the price of a car (or anything else) to cost or almost cost. Nor should dealers abuse the nice, naive people who are often just confused. One loud obnoxious jerk will wail to the heavens at the injustice of the price of a car, to the point where usually you're willing to do almost anything to get rid of them, I suspect to the point where another more pleasant customer will get a bad deal to make up for it. This is wrong on so many levels. That jerk doesn't deserve a deal, though I know they are usually the type that can afford most whatever they want. This recent deal was a bit of a misunderstanding, BTW, so I hope I wasn't being that jerk here. Not my intention at all. I just wanted to get to a loan not above 10K due to our financial situation; that's all. Your initial price on the car was almost exactly what the bank's listing had it at. I just knew I couldn't afford full book PLUS all the extras (tax, fees, etc.). You worked on it, and made an offer and I appreciate it, truly. I plan to turn this car over to my son late next year, and hopefully look for another for myself. Our daughter will need a vehicle in two+ years. You have the potential for two more sales right there over the next few years. Isn't that worth offering a good deal to a loyal patron? Please consider a used "Fixed Price/ Everything Included" option on your lot someday. No arguing/haggling/wailing to the heavens crap. "Here is our price, all in, inclusive of our *reasonable* markup and reconditioning costs." This is the very first place I would look in the future. Why not try it? I get the whole new car BS (sorry, but it is, and you all know it), with "incentives', rebates, etc., etc. Probably hard to get to a fixed price wading through all that nonsense, though I believe it could still be done with a bit of determined and legally creative accounting. Lastly, what I wouldn't give to peruse your full P&L for a lunch hour or so. Right in my wheelhouse, as I am an intensely curious person, generally. I used to tell that crusty old boss of mine that it's one thing to understand an operational line item (like a supply line, say); another thing entirely to be able to actually MOVE that number. Sometimes you can't; the best you can do is hopefully contain it. But I digress...sorry. Thanks for what I hope to be yet another great car from Heritage. I look forward to working with you in the near future. Steven

This is an amazing car. I take this car to the beach, an 88 mile trip. If the weather is good, and the roads are dry it gets 62 mpg. There are 3 power modes, Eco, Normal, and Power. I usually keep it in Eco. When I am entering a freeway I push the Power mode and it really moves. No, Really.

2015 Toyota Prius an eco-friendly tradition
by Annette and John MD from Mitchellville, MD

A Toyota Prius is a unique driving experience. Once you have owned one (and we have owned a 2007 and 2011 Prius), you prefer the quiet hum of the electric motor and the fantastic gas mileage. Make sure you accurately adjust your mirrors and allow for not being able to see the end of the front end, and you will avoid denting your car and hitting other cars due to Prius blind spots. Our 2015 Prius III is surprising similar to our 2007 Prius. Our 2011 Prius IV was a loaded delight (heated leather seats, sunroof, navigation, and multi-CD changer) that we were unable to find unless we moved to a Prius V (which is in a bigger class by itself and may not suit quiet hum Prius lovers).

Snow, mud, mountains, pets, kids... Chuck "got" us THE car
by Christine DeMello from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (2477 reviews)
We were referred to Chuck from a friend who had an awesome buying experience. Turns out Chuck not only lived up to the hype but is also a great guy to know both in the car biz and in our local community. We really enjoyed that he is a man who seems to totally enjoy what he does -- not just a "guy with a job". He was very forthcoming about his life and hobbies which are quite akin to our own; we truly had a lovely time. He really took the time to get to know us, our lifestyle, and our needs, and was able to leave us with a confident feeling we were choosing the right vehicle. We didn't have to leave our chairs (okay, once!) in order to obtain the vehicle we came looking for (Toyota 4Runner), a CarFax report, great financing rate/loan through our existing local credit union, (real) plates, and even updated our insurance policy. We did not expect to cover all of our bases so fast, but we drove off the lot that day with our car of choice with low mileage and a great price. Chuck also graciously offered swap vehicles with us back in our shared hometown, in order to take our vehicle in for undercoating (we both live about an hour+ away from the dealership so this is a huge timesaver!). We had to drive through some DEEP mud-season muck getting back to our home, and we were thrilled with how the vehicle performed -- definitely the right choice, and even though we hope to keep this vehicle for a long time, we will definitely send others to Chuck and come back and see him ourselves when it's time! Thank you!!

When My Husband, Michel & I went to Heritage we were just looking for a car that I knew I would have to get within a few months. We were not there more than 1-2 minutes and Patrick came up and asked us if he could help us and what kind of car were we interested in. He showed us a number of Rav 4s and then answered all of our questions that we had about them. Even though his shift was soon getting over with he continued to answer our questions and showed us a color that I fell in love with but it had to be a Hybrid. He took me out on a test drive & I could not believe how nice and quiet the car ride was. So we told him what we wanted and left and with in a few days he called and said he found one. We were excited, we met with him another time to fill out the paper work to get the car on it's way here. It was here within just a few days. We went to pick it up and again he answered all of our questions and was very patient & polite with us. I truly enjoyed dealing with Patrick Paterson in getting my New 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid. And now I really love my Rave 4 Hybrid. Thank you Patrick!!

I recently moved to Vermont with my convertible and had to sell my car and buy I new one before the snow started. I walked into this dealership knowing I wanted a Toyota but not much more. Alex greeted me at the door and we went over my situation. Looked at both the Rav-4 and Corolla and went home to think about it. Felt absolutely no pressure from Alex to make a decision but he was always there when I had a question (even after buying the car!). 10/10 would recommend you buy from him!

I recently purchased my 3rd Toyota Prius...I am now the happy owner of a brand new 2016 Prius 2. The sales person I dealt with, John DeWilde, is the current Prius "expert" at Heritage and he answered ALL my questions about the current models and what he felt I would be happy with, based on my other cars, and my questions/concerns. Plus, he told me many other "how-to" details about my new vehicle, and before sending me home, he sat in the car with me, set up all my devices, and explained any new/different features. He also encouraged me to call him if any questions/issues came up and he would set up a time for me to come in and he would go over whatever difficulty I might be having. I felt so comfortable talking with him and he definitely knows the Prius! The other 2 sales persons I had are not still at Heritage but John is a long term employee (almost 10 years now) and I have faith that he will be there for me if the need should arise.
