Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Pretty decent service. Rachel was very attentive and kept me posted on my repair time. I would just say to keep the outside clean and the bathroom as well

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

The Joe Basil dealership family includes a Classic Car dealer. I have purchased 2 classics from this dealer. Both vehicles were transported to Texas with transport worked into the deals. Both cars were bought site unseen - first time to ever do that for me! Sight unseen was quite nerve-wracking for me. Both vehicles exceeded my expectations and have been a pure pleasure to own & drive. My sales rep was Nick for both vehicles who was easy and up front to deal with. I will use Nick again on any future purchases, I continue to watch the Basil website for any other must have classics! Buy with total confidence!!

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Worked with Monty to try and find out what the mystery problem was re: our Kia Soul. They did a lot of trouble shooting and were satisfied that the vehicle was good and operating as intended/expected. We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
