Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Franklin Park, FL

Let me start by saying our sales rep was excellent ,Yarib Cuebas, and our overall sales experience was good. The only thing I don't like is that, because of supply and demand, dealerships in general are overcharging for their vehicles well above MSRP. But we do love our new RAV4 hybrid. And once again our sales rep was great.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

The response was attractive and attentive to the request presented. The service manager was efficient and Listened with a friendly attitude.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

My husband was looking at options for a new or used vehicle. He loves Mazda. I definitely walked in with the expectation that this would be a painful and terrible experience. The service at Toyota of Deerfield Beach is exceptional, and was the most smooth sailing process I have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly. The moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by people with the most upbeat personalities. My sales person, AJ, was beyond helpful. I could not have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process. He answered all my questions, had all the patience in the world, and made sure I understood everything! I can only speak for the sales department which was great. No high pressure at all. I bought another truck from Rick Case several years ago and recall a very positive experience then. I am glad to I had another great experience last week. The entire sales department was very helpful. The very nice lady in the finance office was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did notice two additional add-ons to the final sales contract that I had not noticed previously, but they removed it without any problem at all. Some other customers may have decided they wanted those options but I did not and it was not a problem. I think they did a great job. Very happy to buy my vehicle from them. I also traded a very nice truck and I must say they gave me top dollar from what I had expected if I sold it privately. All in all a great experience and I got a tremendous valuable deal.

Gotta give a ton of love to Mo who was the product specialist that drove from Weston to Boynton to drop off my gorgeous new Atlas at 9:00 at night. Even though he had an over hour long drive back to his house in Hialea - he took his time and was overly glad to make sure I knew about all of the functionality that the vehicle offers. My neighbor who’s big into cars came over to check the car out and also listen in on Mo’s spiel about features and functionality. My neighbor has 2 new Bentleys, a new Range Rover, and a brand new Mercedes that he just got. I mention this because my neighbor (who clearly has a ton of experience with car salesman and car buying experiences) was amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND Mo went to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I want to Gunther first, and I promise if I would’ve known about the different features, I never would’ve walked out and had the opportunity to speak to Kimberliz, Mo, and Dane at Rick Case. It goes to show that doing right by the customer and going the extra mile helps solidify sales just as much as providing the most aggressive price. Rick Case truly made my buying experience easy even though I didn’t make their selling experience simple. Yes, I’m “that” guy. Again, thank you Rick Case team and especially Mo. Hope your friend enjoyed the beef! 🥩 ps…Mo deserves a promotion. Again, the phrase that sticks out to me is “ABOVE AND BEYOND”.
