Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Lower Chichester, PA

I am writing in reference to my positive experience at Conicelli Honda on Ridge Pike in Conshohocken, PA. I’ve been leasing cars from Conicelli for over 12 years; and during that time, I worked with an exceptional individual, George Quigley. I’ve stayed with Conicelli primarily because of George. George’s attention to understanding my needs, his professionalism, friendly manner and knowledgeable experience has kept me coming back again and again to Conicelli. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I was very happy with my purchase made at Del Toyota. They had the exact SUV I was looking for. The customer service was great and the process was smooth as could be. I was very pleased with the price as well. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Joe Darcy was the Best! Nothing was too much for him. He took time to explain everything. He was patient and courteous in spite of being busy with many customers.

Once again great customer service from Rick and the team at Sloan Toyota. Rick went over my issues with my Tundra explained everything well so I was able to move forward with getting the work completed. Inspection, new tires, brakes, etc. I always receive great customer service from Rick and team which is why I go out of my way and go to Sloan even with having a different dealer closer to my house. I have taken all my vehicles to Sloan for approx 20 years now and always have been satisfied with the service.

Searched high and low for the vehicle we wanted. Found it at Piazza! The sales rep (Rick Elder) was fantastic,and the dealership handled things "the right way." We were purchasing a used vehicle, but the vehicle had been cleaned and had a few maintenance/service/repairs done. It looked and felt almost like a new vehicle! We feel confident we have a reliable vehicle,and we got it at a fair price. Would definitely do business with Piazza in the future!

This review is based off of the Service Department and my Tundra being repaired. I had a strange fuel issue with my truck, and Kristin went above and beyond in getting my truck diagnosed and fixed. She took the time to talk to me, kept me updated on the progress, etc. I have dealt with (6) dealerships in my lifetime, and specifically Sloan Toyota of Glenside with Kristin has been the best experience fixing an issue.
