Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Mesquite, TX

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Anthony was very friendly & attentive, as were all the men working when I went. Everyone made sure I was being helped. Didn?t have to wait long at all. Waiting area was nice as well.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

After a full week of exhausting dealership visits, numerous phone calls, and overall disappointing service, we were feeling frustrated. That’s when we decided to flip the script and search only for dealerships known for their customer service. That’s how we found Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in Carrollton, and more importantly, Iliana Davila. We found a Ford Bronco online that looked promising and called to ask a few questions. Iliana responded almost instantly with a personalized video and all the information we needed. Within the hour, we were on our way to the dealership. When we arrived, Iliana was ready, warm, and welcoming, a complete breath of fresh air after the stressful week we’d had. She had the vehicle prepped and waiting, and even planned a freeway test drive to address our concerns about cabin noise. Her thoughtfulness, product knowledge, and patience were unmatched. It also helped that she drives a Bronco herself and gave us real, honest insights, not a sales pitch. Once we decided this was the one, Iliana introduced us to Alexandra, who immediately started chatting with us about Bronco accessories. Her enthusiasm was contagious, it turned an already exciting moment into something we could really envision personalizing. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her with our wish list soon. Iliana also took the extra step of introducing us to Masen in the service department so we’d feel comfortable from day one. Though we only met him briefly, his friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. While waiting for finance, we noticed a birthday celebration for one of the team members. The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end. Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I purchased my 3rd car. I never had a problem with any of my cars I purchased them at Central Autohaus. Highly Recommended.

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

Minnie (Salesperson) was great to work with. I wish I was able to buy a car from her but I went another route. She is great!!

My experience at Cowboy Toyota was pleasant, professional but most importantly profitable. I was able to finalize a deal and drive away in a new vehicle of my preference. I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price.
