Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I would not hesitate to shop at STG in the future even though it is a 7-1/2 hour drive for me. Thank you to Caesar Q and STG for making my truck buying experience a pleasurable one. I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They answered all my questions and made the entire car-buying process seamless.
