Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

She had the vehicle prepped and waiting, and even planned a freeway test drive to address our concerns about cabin noise. Her thoughtfulness, product knowledge, and patience were unmatched. It also helped that she drives a Bronco herself and gave us real, honest insights, not a sales pitch. Once we decided this was the one, Iliana introduced us to Alexandra, who immediately started chatting with us about Bronco accessories. Her enthusiasm was contagious, it turned an already exciting moment into something we could really envision personalizing. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her with our wish list soon. Iliana also took the extra step of introducing us to Masen in the service department so we’d feel comfortable from day one. Though we only met him briefly, his friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. While waiting for finance, we noticed a birthday celebration for one of the team members. The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end. I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.
