Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Tamarac, FL

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service demonstrated by Edson and his sales representative, Fedora. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

This is my 3rd SUV from Coral Springs Nissan, the service provided here is unmatched. This is definitely where you want to get a GREAT vehicle at a GREAT price with the best customer service EVER!

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

He tells you an approximate time for it to be ready, and will check in with you durning your wait. I have used Al Hendrickson for years and never had a bad experience with the service or the staff. Toyota of North Miami has the best customer services that we had experienced with from an out state customer point of view. They treated you like your own family from the sale representative, sale manager, finance manager to the fleet manager. These guys were professional and got back to me within a very short time regarding my showing interest in their car. Any information I asked for other than what was online they were quick to send to me. They were even willing to put the car on a lift and send photos of the under carriage.

Let me start by saying our sales rep was excellent ,Yarib Cuebas, and our overall sales experience was good. The only thing I don't like is that, because of supply and demand, dealerships in general are overcharging for their vehicles well above MSRP. But we do love our new RAV4 hybrid. And once again our sales rep was great.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.
