I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

Imani was helpful and an excellent communicator. She was also knowledgeable and keep me updated with my repairs. I usually go there for all my repairs.

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I purchased my 2017 RAV4 in 2021 as a certified used car with very low mileage from Toyota of Bowie. Everything went very well with financing to fit my budget. Everyone at this dealership has been wonderful. My only issue is the fact that dealership maintenance is way too expensive, even for routine maintenance. There is always something that ?needs? to be done even on regular maintenance on a well-maintained vehicle! Unfortunately, I believe that is the case for all dealerships. I at least appreciate that my car has been well-maintained and the employees are wonderful people who explain things well. The facilities are clean and comfortable (if you have to wait). Since I live nearby, the dealership offers me rides to and from for drop-offs and pick-ups. The shuttle service is great! However, when an Uber is needed, it doesn?t always go as well :(

Fabulous customer service. Michael Davis is the man to see. He was able to answer all of my questions. He took his time and showed me a variety of vehicles. I was in and out within 2.5 hrs.

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.
